3. Intellectual Property

• All code, designs, and written materials created by Signature Marketing remain the intellectual property of Signature Marketing until full payment is received.
• After payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the delivered work for its intended purpose.
• Core proprietary tools, templates, and frameworks remain the property of Signature Marketing.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide timely feedback, materials, and approvals.
• Ensure that all content supplied does not infringe third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary or sensitive business information exchanged during the project.

6. Limitation of Liability

Signature Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client within the previous 3 months.

7. Revisions & Cancellations

The client agrees to:

• Revisions are limited to the scope agreed in the proposal.
• Cancellation before project completion may result in charges for work completed up to that date.

8. Data Protection

Signature Marketing complies with the UK GDPR.
We will never sell or misuse client data and only process it for agreed business purposes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
